Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS Clients are expected to attend each scheduled session punctually. As your appointment entails reserving time specifically for you, and in consideration of your therapist and other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide this notice will result in the prepayment being converted into a cancellation fee, which will not be refunded. We greatly appreciate any notice exceeding 48 hours, as it allows us to offer that time to other clients. If you anticipate being unable to attend a session, please inform us via message or email as soon as possible, enabling us to fill your appointment slot. In cases where both individuals in a couple are unable to attend, we encourage one partner to attend alone rather than canceling the session entirely. Furthermore, it is important to regard counseling and therapy as you would any significant medical appointment. While it requires a commitment of time, this investment is essential for your personal growth, and consistency is crucial for achieving your goals. We value your presence as a client and are eager to assist you in your future endeavors; however, this can only be achieved with your understanding of the obligations outlined in this policy and your commitment to consistent treatment.
